Wheel Weigher Description
Wheel Weighers are an economical alternative to Weighbridges and Axle Weighers. They are not as precisely accurate as a weighbridge because part of the vehicle remains off the Weigher, and therefore introduces errors because of gravity and friction.
Their appeal is mostly due to their portability, that is, their ability to be easily relocated with the only requirement being a flat, solid surface to place them on.
Stand-Alone Wheel Weigher, RW-L Series
A solid, cast aluminium construction, full-loadcell design more than capable of handling the expected loads. The single-pad is fitted with handles to allow for portability.

Multiple Wheel Weigher System, RW-P Series
A solid, cast aluminium construction, full-loadcell design more than capable of handling the expected loads. The pads are capable of being daisy-chained to simplify cabling.

Low Profile Axle Weigher
Traditionally, wheel weighers inherently lose some accuracy because the axles are forced to rise above ground level by a significant distance, as they traverse the wheel weigher. The Ultra-Low Profile Axle Weigher diminishes this inaccuracy by keeping the axles very close to the ground (raising them as little as 65mm).
- Solid full-loadcell design.
- Battery-operated digital indicator.
- Twin platforms restrained by connecting rods.
- Weighing surface is just 65mm above ground level.
- Factory calibrated, total capacity up to 30 tonnes.
- Fold out Steel ramps, no installation required.
- Each platform is 900mm wide by 4000mm long.
Axle Remote Display
Available as an option to any of the wheel or axle weighers, this remote display captures each axle reading and sums this axle reading with an overall vehicle total weight. The display alternates between displaying the current axle reading and the total vehicle weight reading to inform the vehicle driver when the current axle weight has been captured.
- Weather-proof enclosure suitable for outdoor use.
- Post-mount enclosure.
- 12Vdc operated.
- Suitable for drivers and yard personnel.
