WEIGH BARS
Weigh Bar Description
Weigh bars are a versatile weighing system, simple in design, yet effective. The system uses typically two weighbars that are placed apart. Each weigh bar is connected to a single indicator. Weigh bars can support a number of different frames and constructions (see example application below).
Weigh bars are generally non-trade (one trade version is also available, see below).
The beauty of weigh bars is that they are so light and portable. You can carry them from location to location, set them up with the digital indicator, and begin weighing immediately. The indicator is run by an internal battery, so a location need not be limited to availability of mains power. And the weigh bars can cover a large range of capacities accurately because of multiple ranges within the overall capacity (that is, the graduation size becomes smaller, the lighter the item being weighed).
