Valve Bag Filling Machine Description

QWM uses the AccuPak brand of valve bagging machines. AccuPak is a bagging and packaging machine division of Accuweigh and a major supplier to BudPak. An auger-fed model (the VA25) and a fludising-fed model (V2550) are available.

V2550 Fluidising Valve Bagger

The V2550 Valve Bag Filler is a totally self-contained bagging system leading the way in bagging a range of products in to valve bags. The V2550 is extremely unobtrusive to any site with a small footprint, simple installation (simply locate and connect to services), and silent running.

The V2550 requires no special tools to complete installation and requires no tools at all to make operational adjustments. The system is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and has a fully integrated low pressure air generation system.
